When you book a service or text us, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number (so we can text you back)
• Your email (only if you give it to us)
• Your vehicle make, model, and year
• Where the vehicle is parked (so we can show up)
• A description of the problem
• Photos you send us, if any
• Payment information processed through our payment processor — we don't store card numbers on our side

We do not collect information you don't provide directly.

Why we collect it

To schedule and complete your service. To text you about your appointment. To send you a digital invoice. To follow up after the job is done. To comply with tax and business record-keeping laws.

That's the list. We don't use your info for marketing without your permission, and we don't share it with third parties for advertising.

Who has access

• Wally The Wrench LLC employees and subcontracted technicians who need it to do the job
• Our payment processor (for processing payments)
• Our booking form provider, Tally (for capturing booking requests)
• State and federal authorities if legally required

We don't sell your information to anyone. Ever.

How long we keep it

For as long as we have a business relationship with you, plus 4 years after for tax and warranty purposes. Then we delete it.

Your rights

You can:

• Ask us what information we have about you
• Ask us to correct anything wrong
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to tax record-keeping requirements)
• Tell us to stop texting or contacting you

Text messaging

By texting us or providing your phone number when booking, you agree to receive text messages from us about your service. We don't send marketing texts without separate permission. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time.

Children

We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you're a minor, have a parent or guardian book service for you.

Updates to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we'll post the updated policy here with a new date.
